I am not familiar with any link that will go to anyone’s own profile, care to share? There is of course just `https://www.facebook.com/` to send them to their news feed.

One thing you can do, if you need to target specific people, is to create a post with only that one person as the audience. Than only they will see it and you can just write their name manually.

I haven’t looked into the FB APIs much, and they are making some pretty big changes because of GDPR, but it might be possible to automate this.
