Looking through the documentation, I'm not understanding how to lock out one post, but not the entire board.

Example, the announcement on this page is locked from replies.

What I'm understanding just locks out the entire forum. Anyone with an actual example or dumbed down explanation?

Sign in to be able to lock individual threads. Some lock / stick buttons appear at the bottom of each thread's page.

Ah, that makes sense. Sign in never worked and I haven't looked why. Just always reloads the prompt.

Have you created your admin account first? See section 1.1 & 1.2 in the README.txt which describes the admin account and signing-in :)

There is no need to “register”, just enter the same name + password of your choice every time.
