It would be interesting to see how difficult it would be to make Youtube as simple as possible. How much javascript can be left out? How many div-elements can be replaced with proper html-5 tags? A very nice experiment to see how far html5 already is.

Perhaps we can even inspire Kroc to make video.camendesign.com :)
