is this legit? does it have a virus, i'm thinking of testing this on my PC. so please tell me if this is a virus or not

Is what a virus? This forum? It is just a couple of PHP files, open-sourced, so if you know how to run PHP / set-up websites it is safe to go at it.

By the more, you can open the php files and check by yourself what it does even if you don't have proper knowledge about coding. The code is fully commented by the author.
